Who we are
Kenney Construction is a locally owned general contractor founded in 2019 by Frank Kenney, who has been in construction since age 14 and is also a real-estate agent, investor and home flipper. The company is based in Herndon, Virginia, and is licensed, insured and bonded (VA DPOR #2705187519). Roofing Roughnecks is its specialty roofing division, working alongside other Kenney Construction divisions that each focus on a different part of the home.
Why a separate Ashburn site
Ashburn homeowners have specific questions: how Loudoun County permits work for an unincorporated community, what their HOA will want to see, and whether a roof from the 1990s or 2000s is due.
