GAF is North America's largest roofing manufacturer, with a wide range of shingle lines and warranty options. We install Timberline HDZ, Timberline UHDZ and Grand Sequoia. Timberline lines are architectural shingles with a dimensional look that suits most Ashburn colonials and townhouses. Grand Sequoia has a heavier, wood-shake-inspired profile for homes where the owner, and the HOA, want a more textured roof.

CertainTeed is a well-established roofing manufacturer known for durable shingle lines and strong warranty coverage. We install Landmark, Landmark Pro and Presidential Shake. Kenney Construction earned CertainTeed Master Craftsman credentials as a Roofing Contractor and a Shingle Quality Specialist in September 2026.
